Timothy J. Dygert

Mr. Dygert joined the firm in 2017 after serving a two-year clerkship to the Honorable Michael W. Reed on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Mr. Dygert received his juris doctorate from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2015. During law school, Mr. Dygert concentrated his studies in labor and employment law and was a member of the law review staff. He also worked as a research assistant to his Constitutional Law professor who was arguing a case before the United States Supreme Court.

As a law clerk to Judge Reed, Mr. Dygert assisted with the drafting of numerous appellate opinions, several of which resulted in publication. Mr. Dygert received his undergraduate degree in quantitative economics from Loyola University Maryland in 2012. He is a member of the firm’s general civil litigation and insurance defense group.
